Job Description
Excellent core Business Analysis skills covering requirements gathering, process modelling, data analysis and gap analysis.
Ability to comfortably work with senior stakeholders, both business and technology. Support prioritisation activities - comfortable with constructive challenge.
Excellent communication skills. Able to work well with 3rd party clients to capture requirements and communicate solutions.
Selects appropriate techniques to elicit requirements from stakeholders.
Defines user acceptance tests.
Experience of working in an agile delivery team (user stories, backlog refinement, acceptance criteria, business rules).
Practical experience of the agile change lifecycle and the BA role within it.
Comfortable working in cross-skilled delivery teams (working collaboratively with UX, Devs, Test and delivery).
Industry experience - Banking Risk and Finance knowledge as added advantage
Technical skills Required
Strong BA in Agile

Must have worked with Senior Stakeholders/Management
Must have Banking background (Banking Risk and Finance knowledge as added advantage)
Strong Requirements Management skills (requirements elicitation, Requirement gathering, Requirement Documentation (BRD/SRS/FSD)AS-IS TO-BE analysis, Gap Analysis)
Must have worked in JIRA and experience in process flow creation
Exp in UAT or review of test cases and active participation in testing phase
