Must have experience in Mortgage origination for 1 to 4 years like Loan Processing, Pre UW, Closing Funding etc.
Mandate Requirement
Candidates should be based out of Chennai/Ready to relocate to Chennai only. (Chennai Academy Batch)
Work From Office. 3 to 4 months training at office post which business will take a call to move on Hybrid mode.

Job Roles and Responsibilities
Review and analyze the mortgage loan application to ensure eligibility, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines to minimize risk factors.
Working on Government Retail loans (FHA, conventional and VA loans) of Refinance and Purchase closing transactions.
Review all required loan data, reports, and inspections to ensure the collateral is acceptable to investor and the company.
Completes all required paperwork and forms in a timely and accurate manner prepares required forms.
Work with staff and management to find solutions on escalated loans.
May be requested to make recommendations for improving Internal Audits policies and practices.
Manage loans by using all functions of Encompass.
Maintain a high level of customer service and communication with other departments.
Other duties as assigned.
