Job Description
Purpose of the Role Propose, build and implement various measures leading to efficiency and effectiveness in processes across operations, sales and Business Development.
Key Result Areas
a) Developing sales force effectiveness strategies.
b) Translate business priorities and requirements related to cost optimization, waste management, loans sanction to disbursal management etc. into actionable and structured project plans.
c) Identify and implement capacity planning.
d) Evaluate and drive potential productivity, quality, and customer service standards
e) Provide strategic and analytical assistance on performance of various processes or practices.
f) Create monitoring and measurement mechanisms and drive metrics to track the output from projects implemented.
g) Drive improvements in delivering a superior customer experience for consumers availing products and services.
Education / Experience / Competencies
a) Analytical bent of mind
b) 3-4 years of similar experience at middle or senior level.
c) Should have good understanding or hands-on experience of working on CRMs like
Salesforce, Lead squared etc. Experience in implementing CRM for any organisation would be a plus.
d) Logical thinking ability
e) Problem solving skills
f) Project Management skills.
g) Masters in any field preferred.
