Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter (minimum 2 years).
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (eg, phone, Skype, and structured).
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid understanding of HR policies and labor laws.
Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
