Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter (minimum 2 years). Hands-on experience with various interview formats (eg, phone, Skype, and structured). Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Solid understanding of HR policies and labor laws. Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR recruitment. B.E. / M.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA
