We have the Opportunity of Regional Franchisee Manager .
JD is as Below.
NEW BUSINESS PARTNER ACQUISITION
1) New lead generation activities
a) Database calling
b) Self lead generation
c) Acquisition events- Every quarter
d) Monthly small events @ branches to acquire new BP s
e) Lead generation through existing BP s/employees
2) Detailed profiling of closures
3) Sending across lead summary and sales report every fortnight
3) Updation of leads in LMS
TRAINING
1) Mandatory HO training for each BP commenced
2) 0-90 days plan- On boarding local level training of new BP s
3) RFM BD and basic training ROM Ops/ Software and processes, RAM Advisory and Sharekhan Products
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
1) Facilitating inauguration/activities to aid client acquisition
2) Minimum 3 clients PM/BP commenced
3) Making sure that each new BP commenced does a gross revenue of 40K from the 4th month of commencement
4) Activating Mutual Fund
Critical Compliance issues Addressal and resolution
1) Registration of new BP s across all segments
2) Voice Logger installation
3) Visits to newly acquired BPs
Updating MIS to be sent to HO (Leads and handholding process)
