Hey There, We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Key Account Owner. This role is integral to expanding our business and building strong relationships with key clients. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships, supporting sales functions, and ensuring smooth delivery and quality management. Working closely with our teams in India, China, and Japan, you will help drive growth in the mobile business sector across India. Functional Relationships - Mission is to expand business as Key Account owner. - Mission is to manage sales, bill collection, delivery support and quality matter as account owner. - By communicating/sharing information with CS (customer service) members, support customer s requirement daily basis. - Managing quantitative data (ales budget input, sales progress, FCST, supply plan etc) to with information provided by the customer and China team. - Collaborating with several overseas factory, China Key Account Management team and Japan engineering team in Murata Japan HQ. Candidate is required to grasp the mobile business situation in India and share those with internal stakeholders properly) Position Profile - Based in Chennai, India. - Candidate is required to travel within India. Key Duties Responsibilities As an account owner, to make/maintain relationship with right persons in unknown/known customers in order to get business information. Candidate should be able to collect basic information (customer organization/role, roadmap, needs, project schedule, share, competitors information and etc.) from customers and Murata internal organizations/persons. Support CS for delivery adjustment with real information got from customer and market Support CS for AR job and to maintain stock. Managing quality issue with QC team in factory To coordinate TOP visitation to enhance the relationship with the customer. By listening to needs of customers and understanding it, to optimize the current service and operation in order to reduce error and workload. To report what you discussed with customers and Murata internal supporters in our system. In report, candidate is required to mention fact and estimation separately to provide right messages. To study market information/trend which our clients are focusing on in order to make suitable proposals. To have capability to review/analyze result/facts in order to make better idea to take actions. Should understand how to work as Harvester sales. Based on that understanding, candidate should aim to maximize business chances as Murata whole company. Candidate need to understand customer production plan/demand and correctly update it to system. Candidate need to be able to analyze the gap data between budget and result of sales amount Reporting sales amount progress and forecast towards target and analyze gap logically Candidate need to try to recognize SCM(Supply chain map) and VCM(Value chain map) Marketing with customer s situation and mobile phone market in India Organizing information from India market and transmit it to internal our company. To share our products market situation to customer and our supporting structure of SC. Other assignments assign by Section Manager.
