Responsibilities and Duties
Business development of the branch.
Business promotion activities with the CSE from the field sales.
Co-ordinating branch operations with the instructions from the Divisional Manager.
Monitoring the activities of the CSE so as to increase the sales meet the monthly targets.
Monitoring the attendance punching details of the branch.
To run the branch in a cost effective manner.
Co-ordinate with the HO HR dept. for the recruitment activities.
Train develop the new recruits in the branch.
NPA Arrear follow ups with the CSE/SAM TEAM.
Achievement of branch targets/Individual targets.
