Job Description
Sourcing vehicles from market for Pan India.( Trucks, LCVs, Trailers, Tempos, etc.)
Coordinating with vehicle owners and brokers
Coordinating with drivers to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries
Source and expand transport vendor network
Build and maintain relationship with vendors
Allocate vehicle to clients based on their requirement
Invoice creation and payment follow-up
Coordinating with Accounts dept for customer reports and payments
Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Update and maintain entries in company software.
Handle customer s operational issues and grievances
