Excellent communication skills (Mandatory)
Typing speed - 25 to 30 Accuracy should be above 85 (Mandatory)
Qualification
All UG Arts Science Graduates are Eligible including 2017 Batch
Any UG / PG Graduates / (B.E / B.Tech / MBA / MCA 2016 to 2011) are Eligible
B.E / B.Tech / MBA / MCA / M.SC 2017 are NOT Eligible
Candidates those who have an International voice process experience will be an added advantage.
Salary Shift timings
Salary - 12K to 16K
For Female No Night shifts
For Male Rotational shifts

Job Description
To operationally manage Semi Voice Process
Respond to Query/Complaint/Request from customers including follow-up and close looping (Voice and Email). Support includes (applicable to all processes/queues)
Internal mails from executives on behalf of customer.
Resolving logs received at Customer Service related to Written Correspondence.
