A) Territory Management To get best out of area by mapping Area/Territory with planning on Geographical Segmentation.
B) Lead Enquiry Generation To Visit market daily with Prospects potential Planning to create Develop prospect base on a regular basis and identify, classify, prioritize through market Research by data collection and analysis to covert them to sale.
C) Sales Marketing Activities Perform Sales Promotional Activities like E mail, E Brochure, Architect/ Builders meet and to create brand awareness and Identify Target Groups, to generate enquiries from them and Convert into a Sale.
D) Quotation/ Order Management To prepare customized quotation based on customer requirement To follow up with customer and convert into order and process the order as per the procedure defined in the company. (Process Sub process)
E) Sales Collection Management To plan monthly, weekl, segment wise target in BSP sheet and achieve sales collection targets.
F) Customer Compliant Management Satisfaction To attend to all customer compliant with proper solution follow with respective department and complete the work to the fullest satisfaction of the customers.
