Roles Responsibilities
1. Executing outbound calls and Convert into sales.
2. System entry of each every call and interaction
3. High volume prospecting/calling via cold calling, networking, e-mail campaigns
4. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
5. Should have worked on Service Outsourcing
6. Experience in sales, cold calling, tele calling
7. Must be able to work accurately, under pressure, to meet strict deadlines
Key Skills
Previous experience in a customer support role in international call centre Voice Process will be an advantage
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
Attention to detail
Excellent time management and organization
