Handling Phone Calls Efficiently at the Front Office.
Take and Relay Messages, Provide Information to Callers
Greet persons entering Organization, Direct persons to Correct Destination
Deal with Queries from the students, walk-ins and others
Ensures Knowledge of Staff Movements in out of Organization
General Administrative Clerical Support, Prepare Letters Documents
Receive Sort Mail Deliveries.
Takes care of Admin activities handling Courier, Attendance, General Maintenance works, Housekeeping etc
Maintain Incubate company Details, Visitor Management,
Marketing Support Sending Mailers for Events Track Registrations.
Takes care of the general maintenance works in the organisation.
Help maintain student database (enquiry and enrollment) .
Assist in on-line exam centre.
