Job Description
Candidates have to handle Outbound Calls.
Resolve customer queries.
Develop strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
Understand customer needs and take action in a timely manner.
Must have good convincing skills and helping attitude.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 10 2 and Graduates.
Can Speak Excellent English.
Average computer skills with the ability to solve customer s query quickly.
Fresher s with Good English Communication can also apply
Shift Timing 6 30 pm to 3 30 am
