Ensure batch delivery on TAT
Intimating recruitment vendor for raising invoice on joiners within TAT
Ensuring referral pay-out for employee referral as per policy.
Follow-up and closure of IJPs.
Doing attrition analysis and coming up with suggestion for attrition control
