Job Description
1.Check, Control and Update the Quality Parameters of Poly process using QCPC.
2.To check the quality of chips produced is within specifications.
3.Taking necessary actions to restore the Quality characteristics with respect to specification after the concurrence for the immediate authority.
4.To ensure safety compliance as per norms.
5.Implementation of process schedules (filter change, drive changeovers, cleaning of vessels, quench vats heat exchangers) in the shift.
6.Identifying, Analyzing and trouble shooting the Process Abnormalities.
7.Maintaining adequate quantity of Process chemicals consumables for trouble free operation.
