Job Description
Responsible for overall functioning and operation of dyes department.
Manage schedule and allocate labour, capital resources to maximize productivity and quality.
Plan, prioritise, and manage production line maintenance or downtimes to minimize disruptions to manufacturing schedules.
Drive productivity improvement process.
Asset conservation Management.
Other assignments or special projects as required by Site Head.
Responsible for implementing process safety standards.
