Greeting guests, ensuring friendly, professional, and accurate service to guests during their meals.
Consistently exceed guest expectations.
Developing a culture of actively seeking feedback from customers on a regular basis.
Implementing actions to continuously improve the guest experience.
Maintaining and further enhancing relationships within the immediate locality, namely residents, retail and office tenants.
Suggesting menu options and appropriate beverages to entice guests.
Ability to understand and deliver towards profitability of the caf .
Ensuring hygiene quality in food management, reducing wastage etc.
Ensuring steady pipeline and execution of sales, marketing and promotions of cafe in neighborhood to impact store top line and bottom line on daily basis.
Engaging team to ensure delivery on organizational standards related to operations, customer satisfaction, profitability and discipline.
Desired Skills
Clear communicator with high customer handling ethics.
Should have considerable experience in managing store at a restaurant / hotel / resort / cruise ship
Knowledge of basic buffet food items.
Ability to distinguish soft drink varieties.
