Position ASST MGR. - SALES MARKETING (FEMALE)
Products Family Entertainment centre, Magarpatta
Salary Upto 6 lakhs p.a
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Preferably PGs in Marketing / Sales / MBA
Minimum 7 years experience in any industry, preferably in consumer oriented service sector and handling B2B / corporate sales customer relations.
Exposure to driving sales a mix of varied B2B / educational institutions / trade sales, etc channels, would be ideal
Ideally candidates from the leisure, amusement / theme parks, education or health and fitness industries would fit the requirement. However, candidates from other consumer oriented service sectors - like Telecom, Media, Entertainment, Facility Management, Real Estate and Developers, Food Service Catering (QSRs), Organized retail etc would also be considered on merit and relevance of experience
Young, pleasant and independent person with flair for marketing and business development
Experience in forging partnerships / sponsorships/event management etc is essential
Must have good commercial acumen.
Established skills in customer service and sales techniques to attract potential customers is vital and a key attribute expected in the candidate

KRAs Responsibilities
Contribute to the overall sales target (individual sales target) for the centre
Take responsibility in contributing to the research, planning and delivery of lead generation initiatives that drives the achievement of new member targets.
Should have worked towards daily KPIs and have consistently hit monthly targets.
Achieve budgeted sales targets, revenue targets throughout the financial year
Increase sales through Corporate booking, Group Events, Birthday, Team Buildings, School students and other special events.
Send proposals, negotiate with the concerned departments and close deals.
Maintain guest focus while driving improvement and guest satisfaction
Self and team accountability for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
Building and maintaining relationships with channel partners like travel agents and other consultants
In mall tie-ups with different brands to promote the FEC and generate sales.
Initiate various cross-promotional activities in mall with other brands and mall team. Responsible for in mall branding and visibility of our brand.
Some amount of travelling may be expected.
