Business Analyst

We are looking for Business Analyst with 4-6 years experience in Mortgage/Banking domain in IT industry. Position Business Analyst Department Technology Location Chennai Graduate Any Graduate RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Conducts analysis of business goals, objectives, and the needs of the business environment. 2. Conducts preliminary investigation for project requests including review requirements, writes specifications, conduct user acceptance testing, and develop support and training plans to ensure they are in line with business objectives. 3. Utilize systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective manner. 4. Recommends product enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve functionality and value of product platform. 5. May provide financial or operational business related analysis and research to support business goals. 6. Performs other duties as required. BA skill set 1. Interact with product management, understand market and business needs. 2. Interact with Vendors, customers and understand requirements. 3. Review and Validate requirement specification documents. 4. Review and Validate interface documents. Release 1. Define what features and functionalities will be addressed in a product release. 2. Ensure the specifications for the features and functionalities are written and available before development activities begins.
