Handling team of 6-10 Sales Managers.
Training
Managing team of Sales Managers.
Meeting Monthly and day to day targets on Premium, Login, Recruitment other parameters through team on regular basis.
Handling Overall assigned branch operations and collections and customer service teams.
Reporting to Regional/Area managers on day to day activities.
Ensuring training development growth of team members.
Joint sales calls with team members, when ever required.
