Job Description
As the Zonal Agency Manager - South, the incumbent will be responsible for generating business and selling insurance through agency tie-ups in Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Responsibilities include
Planning and target setting for the agent sales team
Formulating sales strategies and achieving targets
Recruitment and management of agency channel team member/ Cross sell targets/Driving company focus
Training, motivating and development of team members
Primary Job responsibility to achieve budgeted target and growth for Karnataka/Kerala and Tamil Nadu agency( approx. 200crs)
