Business Analyst

Prior experience in a pre-sales or business analysis role within an IT services or software development company is preferred. Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Experience communicating with international clients through email, calls, and virtual meetings is an added advantage. Strong professional email-writing skills and the ability to conduct structured client discussions across different time zones. Ability to manage client interactions, proposal deadlines, and cross-functional coordination under pressure. Naturally curious and detail-oriented, with the ability to ask relevant follow-up questions and clarify requirements rather than make assumptions. Confident in presenting ideas, proposals, technical solutions, and requirement clarifications to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear, structured, and persuasive manner.
