Way.com is seeking a talented and driven DevOps Engineer to join our on-site technology team in Trivandrum, Kerala. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the infrastructure that powers our platform, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate processes, streamline CI/CD pipelines, and ensure smooth deployment across various environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure using cloud platforms like AWS, Digital Ocean, or Google Cloud.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and manage configuration management using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
- Build, manage, and optimize continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins .
- Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to enhance system performance, deployment processes, and incident response times.
- Monitor system health and performance using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Cloud-specific monitoring tools (e.g., AWS CloudWatch).
- Manage and optimize container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) to ensure efficient application delivery.
- Implement security best practices across infrastructure, including patch management, vulnerability scanning, and access control.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure minimal downtime and disruption to services.
