Job Title Tele Sales ExecutiveJob Summary We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, generating leads, explaining products/services, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Handle inbound sales inquiries professionally. Explain products/services and answer customer questions. Generate and follow up on leads. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain and update customer database in CRM. Build and maintain good customer relationships. Resolve customer concerns and objections effectively. Prepare daily sales reports. Requirements Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred). Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM software). Strong negotiation skills. Target-oriented mindset. High school diploma or graduate (as per company requirement).
