Lab technician (for blood home colletion)

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Lab Technician to join our team, focusing on home-based blood sample collection. You will be the face of our clinic, traveling to patients residences to perform venipunctures and ensure samples are transported safely back to the lab for analysis. Responsibilities Travel to patient locations for scheduled blood sample collections. Verify patient identity and explain the collection procedure clearly. Perform high-quality venipunctures and skin punctures following safety protocols. Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of all collected specimens. Maintain the integrity of samples during transport (temperature control and handling). Provide excellent patient care, especially for those with difficult veins or needle anxiety. Strictly adhere to biohazard waste management and infection control guidelines.
