We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Lead UX to join our team. You will be responsible for guiding the design and development of high-quality, user-centric digital experiences. In this leadership role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and engineering teams, ensuring the successful integration of design and technology. You will set the direction for user experience strategies and mentor a growing team of UX engineers to deliver seamless and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end UX design process for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, interviews, journey mapping, and storyboarding to understand user needs and behaviour.
Develop and implement information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
Utilize design thinking methodologies to solve complex user experience challenges.
Ensure accessibility, usability, and UX best practices are integrated into designs.
Drive innovation by staying up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies.
Effectively communicate design ideas and decisions through presentations and documentation.
