We are looking for a n experienced HR Manager in and around Nagercoil locality. Roles and Responsibilities Manage employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, motivation, and productivity. Oversee HR administration tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits management. Develop and implement effective HR operations strategies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Provide generalist activities support to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop talent acquisition plans and succession planning. Desired Candidate Profile 3-10 years of experience in an HR role within the Engineering Construction industry. Strong understanding of Employee Engagement principles and practices. Proficiency in HR Administration, HR Generalist Activities, HR Operations, and Human Resource Management (HRM). Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
