We are looking for a high-caliber Business Development Manager to act as the primary interface between our engineering solutions and public sector decision-makers. This role is for a strategic professional who understands the unique pace, technical rigor, and procedural requirements of government business.
Key Responsibilities
Government Account Management Drive the sales of our full engineering portfolio by building and maintaining strong relationships within various Government Departments.
End-to-End Sales Lifecycle Take full ownership of the process, from identifying department-specific needs and lead generation to technical demonstrations, closing, and ensuring final payment collection.
Technical Domain Expertise Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our solutions to effectively consult with government engineers and officials on complex projects.
Strategic Representation Act as the face of the company in high-stakes presentations and negotiations, ensuring our solutions align with public sector mandates.

Experience 2 years of relevant sales experience (Direct experience with government procurement is a significant advantage).
Education MBA, BBA, B.Tech, or BE however, candidates with a proven track record regardless of degree specialization are encouraged to apply.
Linguistic Proficiency Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English and Malayalam. Knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
Independence Proven ability to work autonomously, manage high-priority timelines, and travel extensively across states.
