Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for IT/technical roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical skill requirements
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and networking
Screen and evaluate technical profiles based on role requirements
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
Ensure smooth offer rollout and onboarding coordination
Maintain recruitment trackers and meet defined hiring targets
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
