Key Responsibilities Independently generate your own leads no leads will be provided by Head Office or branch. Branch will not assign walk-in leads all sales depend on personal prospecting. Only sales above 6.5 Lakhs (including tax) will be considered valid. Use in-house software tools for estimates and client proposals. Report directly to the Branch Manager regarding progress and daily activities. Initial onboarding period focus on learning company processes and client interaction (no sales targets). Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business. Must close 1 sale (token booking) during the initial phase. From the following months, aim for 2 sale bookings per month. Fully on-site role requires field visits, client meetings, and office-based work to generate leads. Required Skills Qualifications Education Any graduate. Experience Fresher or 1 2 years of sales / business development experience. Excellent communication skills (Tamil English) for client interaction and follow-ups. Strong ability to source, qualify, and pursue leads independently. Basic understanding of sales processes, negotiation, and customer handling. Proactive, self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined. Comfortable with field work and meeting clients directly. What We Offer Attractive incentive structure based on performance.
