Project Manager - Implementation

Lead the full implementation lifecycle, from project kick-off through go-live and handover. Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, support, testing) to ensure smooth delivery. Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and timelines. Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution of issues. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to clients and leadership. Ensure strong client relationships throughout the project, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations. Document implementation processes, gather client feedback, and support post-implementation transitions. Drive process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices for implementation and onboarding.
