Next 2 to 3 months - 12 30 PM to 9 30 PM Job type Probationary for 6 months Drop Home Drop available Writers in this role get to Writing Create/update standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, and assisted service troubleshooting articles for the operations team by authoring detailed processes Team to leverage existing documentation, experts knowledge, and client systems to streamline SOPs, process maps/flowcharts, and better navigation of articles Able to comprehend and write content and align to client tone of voice (instructional or conversational) Working knowledge of writing articles in Salesforce and analyzing articles reports is an advantage Able to build a writing style guide for consistent content creation Publish content to KM (internal) Ensure Quality Establish a style guide to author articles effectively to ensure consistency in article writing Creating new templates, if required, to author different article types Build the content taxonomy and include SEO words to enable quick search Work on preparing well-structured articles using authoring tool and prepare the articles for client Knowledge Management System Ultimately deliver quality writing articles to effectively troubleshoot queries. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone) Content team member must have previous experience and be able to author content in Salesforce Must have existing content writing experience of around 2 to 3 years. Strengthen relationships Work with client team to create content for effective query resolution Our most successful candidates will have Proven experience as a content writer, technical writer or similar role Portfolio of published articles Experience doing research using multiple sources Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills Ability to meet deadlines Graduate in any stream or related field Degree in English literature and journalism would be an added advantage Previous experience of working in Salesforce or similar tools would be an added advantage
