Production Executive

Functional - In-depth knowledge of UPVC window manufacturing processes and equipment. - Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software. - Understanding of quality control processes and standards Good to have - Knowledge of health and safety regulations in manufacturing. - Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles. - Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications Responsibilities Manpower Handling ( Min of 50 to 80 People s) (Should be capable to lead the team) Skill on Lean manufacturing (Waste Management, VA NVA Analysis, Line Balancing, Bottleneck management ) Knowledge on TPM , 5 s Participation on Quality Circle s ( Knowledge Worked with the Quality tools) Knowledge Exposure on OEE ( Overall Equipment Effectiveness) Knowledge Exposure on Just in time concepts Should have handled any productivity improvement projects Analytical skill using Excel or other soft tools Soft skill like Presentation making Problem solving skills
