Retail Sales Executive

Job Role Retail Sales Associate / Executive Job description Opening and closing of the shop Arranging and labeling goods on the display shelves Serving customers at the till and other areas Assisting customers in finding the products they re looking for Processing customer payments at the checkout point/till Addressing customer complaints and inquiries Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers Cleaning and rearranging the store after-hours Performing periodic price audits to resolve price discrepancies Collaborating with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times Dealing with vendors and suppliers Order placement and stock control Key requirements and attributes A good command of the English language is essential Excellent verbal communication Ability to work in a high-pressure environment Good mathematical skills Sales persuasive skills Customer services Good interpersonal skills 2 years of sales and customer service experience will be an added advantage 2 years of work experience in a similar environment is an added advantage English qualification in IELTS minimum 5 bands is a must or willing to progress towards the score Female candidates will be given preference Salary and other benefits 3 years employment sponsorship and extendable Salary paid up to GBP 26,000 to 27,000 annually Interviews will be conducted via virtual system( Zoom or Google meet) and final round will be conducted directly.
