Job Description
Training students at one of our top corporate Client s Skills Development Centres.
Delivery and continuous improvement of training programs collating and sharing feedback about the training program develop reinforcements and evaluate outcomes.
To instruct and facilitate learners (who are school College drop outs) in classrooms and workshops
To provide and monitor training on hands-on skills that are needed by a Housekeeping associate.
To successfully deliver the Course to students , as per the content and guidelines.
Must have worked in a Fine Dine restaurant or 24 Hrs Coffee Shop and Banquets/Events and Conference
Experience in of Departmental Learning Coordinator/ Training and Development/ Departmental Training is a must.
Prior experience in Vendor Selection, Procurement and Budgeting
Excellent English communication Skills. Fluent in Hotel English and phraseology.
Good Networking in City Hotels. Assess Placement Demand, Organize Placement Drive
Knowledge of Departmental SOPs
Experience in Bar Operations
Experience as a Barista, Knowledge of Tea, Coffee other Non-Alcoholic Beverages
Familiar with vocational training industry various skill development programs
