Job Description
Recruit Qualified Agents / Advisors / Insurance Consultants on regular basis (These agents / advisors will be purely on commission basis).
Deliver Support to Agents Through Coaching and Act as a Role Model.
Conduct regular Performance Reviews of the team
Disseminate Company Information, Address Common Problems and Concerns and Rally the Team to Achieve Goals.
Accompany Agents On Customer Visits to Support and Improve Sales Skill.
Identify Agents Development Needs and Work with Training Department to Schedule Appropriate Technical , Product and Skills Training.
Achieve Team Sales Target.
Meet Customers to Resolve Issues Where Necessary.
For this profile any candidate can apply who has minimum of 6 months of experience of sales of any Industry. and even candidates who are out of job can apply for the position.
