Project planning (MSP) and strategic discussions on the project. Adhering to Plans
Cost Estimates
Ensure sign off on final design brief that is in line with the objectives of the project.
Design coordination with all consultants to ensure the timely delivery of drawings.
To ensure that the work undertaken at Site is as per the plan.
To provide inputs in reviewing plans communicating the reviewed plans, if any to all stakeholder.
Identify and implement possible innovative techniques during execution of the project
Be the single point of the accountability for all issues related to the execution
