Study and monitor Tool life during component development stage.
Trouble shoot the problems related to cutting parameter during execution stage.
Maintain inventory of all types of cutting tools and tooling systems.
Knowledge in SAP is preferable.
Periodic updating of consumables in the inventory management system and provide report as required.
Study of cost comparison and provide optimum solution.
Preparation of (CPP)Cost Per Part on completion of each project.
