Executive Chef
-Should have sound experience of leadership to manage large number of workforce with good management ability
-Should be creative enough to make new recipes and be able to demonstrate the same among team members for implementation
-Very good in presentation and should have the resource to obtain latest equipment and accessories required for food service industry
-Knowledge of Indian, Oriental International cuisines with latest fusion update required for out-door catering concept
-Able to deliver the quality and services with limited resource and budget
-Good personal habit and positive attitude to be presentable in dealing with guest
-Good computer knowledge to preserve the systematic process and communication channel
-Good in English and Hindi both for effective communication
-Develops new dishes and products
- Control Kitchen Food Costs
- Managing, training and recruiting a brigade of chefs
- Ensure Regular Food Testing Maintain the quality.
