JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Dynamic Customer-focused Sales Executive (Sales Marketing) to join our Team. The candidate will be Responsible for Promoting and Selling Garment Industrial Machinery such as Sewing machines, Embroidery machines, Cutting machines and other related machinery and equipment. This role involves Generating Leads, understanding customer requirements and supporting overall Business Growth. ROLES RESPONSIBILTIES Identify and Contact New and existing customers to understand their requirements. Explain Products Services clearly to clients. Build maintain strong customer relationships Handle Customer queries and resolve issues. Follow up on leads and convert them into Sales. Maintain customer database and records. Maintain and update Product Knowledge regularly. Generate new business opportunities through field visits and customer meetings. Prepare quotations and follow up with customers. Coordinate with service and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
