Job Description
Build and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright and related tools.
Develop automated UI, API, integration, regression, and smoke tests.
Automate critical end-to-end customer and business workflows.
Convert manual regression scenarios into automated test suites.
Integrate automation into CI/CD and GitHub pipelines.
Identify and eliminate flaky tests and automation failures.
Build reusable and maintainable automation components.
Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to identify automation gaps.
Leverage AI-assisted coding and AI tools to improve automation development, debugging, test creation, and productivity.
Track and report automation coverage, execution results, defects, and progress.
Required Skills
4 7 years of experience in QA Automation / Test Automation.
Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Python, or equivalent.
Strong experience in API automation.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git, and GitHub.
Good understanding of web applications, APIs, databases, and microservices.
Experience designing scalable automation frameworks.
Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding and AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
Ability to independently identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
