We are seeking a skilled PCB Designer with strong proficiency in Altium Designer (KiCad knowledge is a plus) to join our hardware engineering team. The role involves designing complex multi-layer PCBs, performing reverse engineering, and preparing com-plete documentation for manufacturing and assembly.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop multi-layer PCBs (up to 6 layers) with optimized stack-up and routing strategies.
Perform component placement and PCB routing ensuring signal integrity, EMI/EMC compliance, and manufacturability.
Create and validate footprints symbols for new components.
Conduct ERC (Electrical Rule Check) and DRC (Design Rule Check) to ensure compliance with design standards.
Generate and review Gerber files, ODB files, drill files, pick place files, BOMs, and assembly drawings for fabrication and assembly.
Work with QFN packages, D-Sub connectors, and other complex footprints.
Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize designs for performance, cost, and reliability.
Perform reverse engineering of existing PCBs for redesign, improvement, or repli-cation.
Support prototyping, testing, and debugging of PCB assemblies.
Maintain accurate documentation and manage design libraries
