This is an internship opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop critical customer data collection, mining, and research skills. You should be able to perform on the internet searches using Google search and leverages the internet to research and discover information from the web.
Responsibilities
You should have hands-on skills in using Microsoft Office apps such as Excel and Word.
Research and collect customer accounts and contact information through Google, LinkedIn, and other resources from the web.
Input, update, and maintain accurate data records in the company database/MS Excel
Follow data entry procedures and protocols to ensure consistency.
Verify data accuracy, quality checks, and ensure compliance with company standards.
