The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front-office operations efficiently while providing a positive experience to every patient. Key Responsibilities Welcome and greet patients and visitors professionally. Manage daily patient appointments and front-desk operations. Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient enquiries. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments. Explain basic clinic services and appointment procedures to patients. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff for smooth patient flow. Handle billing, payments, receipts, and basic cash transactions. Follow up with patients regarding appointments and enquiries. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when required. Maintain confidentiality of patient information. Support the clinic team with general administrative activities. Candidate Requirements 1 4 years of experience in reception, front office, clinic/hospital administration, customer service, or a related role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Pleasant personality with a patient-friendly attitude. Good telephone and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a professional environment. Responsible, punctual, and well-presented. Healthcare or clinic front-office experience will be an added advantage.
