Mechanical Product Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Mechanical Product Coordinator to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for a graduate or diploma holder with certified training in SolidWorks and CAD design tools who wants to build a strong career in mechanical design and product coordination. As a Mechanical Product Coordinator, you will work closely with senior engineers and project heads to translate design concepts into precise 3D models, track daily fabrication workflows, and learn end-to-end hardware development. Experience Eligibility Open to recent graduates or individuals possessing up to 1 year of professional background in a related field. Key Responsibilities CAD Modeling Drafting Create and update 2D drafting files and 3D models for enclosures, parts, and assemblies using SolidWorks and CAD tools under senior guidance. Project Workflow Tracking Assist in tracking project milestones, maintaining daily task sheets, and ensuring smooth coordination between design and prototyping teams. BOM Sourcing Support Help prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) and coordinate component sourcing with approved vendors and project heads. Quality Prototype Inspection Perform basic dimensional checks and physical verification of 3D-printed or fabricated mechanical components against CAD designs. Documentation Traceability Organize technical files, assembly guides, and project documentation for clear team reference and product traceability. Qualifications Requirements
