Job Description
Genrobotics is seeking a skilled and experienced a skilled Control Systems Engineer with hands-on experience in BLDC motor operation and management to support our R D and product development activities. The candidate will be responsible for motor control implementation, testing, tuning, and system integration for electromechanical and rehabilitation devices. The ideal candidate is proactive, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, with a strong sense of ownership over product delivery and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Operating, managing, and testing BLDC motors for various applications, along with developing, implementing, and tuning motor control algorithms and drive systems.
It includes performing performance evaluation, validation, and troubleshooting of motor systems, and integrating BLDC motors with embedded systems, sensors, and control hardware.
Supporting system-level testing, debugging, and optimization, as well as preparing technical documentation, test reports, and performance analyses.
Collaboration with mechanical, electronics, and R D teams is essential for product development, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards during testing and deployment.
Developing and maintaining C/C code for control system implementation.
Designing and implementing advanced control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink and Simscape (including P, PI, PD, PID, MPC, SMC, fuzzy logic control, and digital filters).
Conducting HIL, SIL, and PIL simulations to validate control system performance and identify potential issues.
Provide onsite support during product tuning, testing, and commissioning to ensure optimal system performance and timely issue resolution.
