IT Consultant

We are looking for a proactive and technically oriented IT Consultant with 1 3 years of experience who can work closely with clients, business teams, developers, QA testers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend suitable technology solutions. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in Software Development, QA Testing, Business Analysis, or Software Project Coordination who are interested in building a career in IT Consulting, Client Interaction, Pre-Sales, and Solution Consulting. Key Responsibilities Client Consultation Requirement Gathering Interact with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives. Conduct requirement gathering and discovery sessions. Analyze client requirements and identify suitable technical solutions. Explain technical concepts and solutions to clients in a clear and simple manner. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Technical Solution Consulting Understand website, mobile application, web application, API, and software requirements. Work with developers and QA teams to evaluate technical feasibility. Translate business requirements into clear technical and functional requirements. Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and possible solutions. Support solution design, technology recommendations, and project estimations. Stay updated with relevant technologies and industry trends. Pre-Sales Support Assist the sales/business development team during client discussions. Understand project requirements and contribute to proposals and solution documents. Support preparation of project scope, feature lists, estimates, and presentations. Participate in product/service demonstrations and solution presentations. Help identify opportunities for additional services based on client requirements. Project Coordination Coordinate between clients, developers, QA testers, designers, and business teams. Follow up on project requirements, deliverables, and action items. Support requirement clarification throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in project review and requirement discussion meetings. Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills Qualifications 1 3 years of relevant experience in Software Development, QA Testing, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, IT Consulting, or a related field. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Good understanding of software development and project life cycles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to understand technical requirements and explain them to non-technical clients. Good knowledge of websites, mobile applications, APIs, databases, and software projects. Good documentation and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
