Job Description
We are looking for a high-performing Technical Architect with 2 to 6 years of hands-on software development and system architecture experience.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture System Design Design end-to-end scalable, resilient, and secure software architectures for core products and features.
Hands-on Technical Leadership Write high-quality, production-ready code for core architectural components and complex modules ( 30 50 coding).
Code Quality Standards Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, code review protocols, and design principles (SOLID, DRY, Clean Architecture).
Technology Evaluation Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, libraries, and cloud services to improve platform capabilities and developer velocity.
Performance Security Identify performance bottlenecks, optimize database queries, and implement robust security protocols to protect systems against vulnerabilities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Product Managers, DevOps teams, and QA to align technical solutions with business goals.
Mentorship Guide and mentor mid-level and junior developers, conducting architecture reviews and fostering a engineering excellence culture.
Required Qualifications Skills
Experience 2 to 6 years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 1 2 years involvement in system design or module architecture.
Core Tech Stack Strong proficiency in at least one modern language/stack (e.g., Java, Node.js, Python, Go, .NET, or C ).
System Design Fundamentals Good understanding of Microservices vs. Monolithic architectures, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Database Caching Expertise
Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB).
Hands-on experience with caching strategies using Redis or Memcached.
Cloud Infrastructure Experience working with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), serverless architectures, and containerization technology (Docker, Kubernetes).
Problem Solving Excellent analytical, debugging, and system troubleshooting abilities.
