Job Description
Execute the daily production plan as per the schedule provided by the Production Department to ensure timely completion of jobs.
Operate heat treatment furnaces safely and efficiently during assigned shifts while maintaining the required process parameters.
Perform fixturing and de-fixturing of components accurately to ensure proper heat treatment and prevent product damage.
Maintain and update production log books and other operational records accurately on a daily basis.
Assist the Maintenance Department in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted furnace operations.
Work towards achieving the company s operational objectives related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).
Adhere to the organization s Quality Management System (QMS), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and all applicable company policies.
Complete daily equipment and process check sheets accurately and report any abnormalities or deviations to the concerned supervisor immediately.
