Job Description We are hiring energetic and motivated Banking Sales Officers to promote and sell banking and financial products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, understanding their financial needs, and achieving monthly sales targets. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Acquire new customers through field sales and lead generation. Promote banking products such as Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Fixed Deposits (FD), and other financial products. Meet customers, explain product features, and assist them throughout the application process. Generate leads through references, direct marketing. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Follow up with customers and ensure timely documentation. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate sales records and reports. Eligibility Any Graduate (UG/PG). Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to travel for field sales. Basic knowledge of banking and financial products is an added advantage.
